I've only got a suggestion for a Video Card. The Radeon HD 5670, it's cheap, and according to my friend, has pretty good specs for something like that. It's about... $100-120 dollars I think.

pff, if you're going to spend 100 - 120 on a graphics card, spend out for the Nvidia GTS 250, better card for the money.

as far as all the other parts, if you're building a PC, getting something together that runs decent bottom up will cost you round 'bout 700 - 1000 dollars, depending on where you shop.

most expensive components will be mobo, proc, Graphics card. usually these components alone will run you a total of 400 dollars.

Power Suppy, Case, HDD, CD/DVD drive, RAM, is all ... easy to find at decent prices. just depends on how much and what exactly you're looking for.

and anything you add extra, like additional fans and what not (LEDs if that's your thing) are all cheap.
