well last time i was there a site was $30 per night, had 3 tents on the site and about 8 people

And this is 30$ for the site flat, or, and I know this sounds stupid but someone has to ask, is that 30$ a head?

Well, hope it opens soon, cuz even if I could show up, I'd need to know pretty far in advance so I would have time to get money for all the necessities.

I think this could work for a group outing as long as you got an RSVP system working out for the camping itself. I think you could hold a general event in the park attached to the campground (Lebanon Hills Park) during the day that would be a public event; but people who want to camp would need to RSVP and pay ahead of time' this still leaves an opening for a daytime event open to everyone in case people can't camp cause they forgot to RSVP or you run out of space to rent, etc etc. I'd think putting a post out to RSVP with the cost, maybe give it two weeks, see who replies and RSVPs for it, then close it off and make the reservation would be the way to do it.

How big is the campsite, IE how many tents can it hold? I haven't actually been there; I mean I've been to the park but not the campgrounds...

I haven't been there either. Maybe I'll make a trip right now to see it. It is dragons idea anyways. I'll go right now and see if I can see how big a campsite is.

well I found it, not with dragons help :D. He gave me the wrong place on google maps to go look at...but anyways, it looks sizeable on google maps, but it's all gated off and closed because its not the season to camp yet, so we'll just have to wait before going to check it out :(.
