Though it doesn't give the options of traditional or digital.

but searches are so messy, and so is the message inbox. I also don't like how you can't reply to shouts...

Yeah that's one thing that I don't like xD But I can understand them not wanting the reply on shouts unless it can be threaded. There isn't much space width-wise in the shouts as it is, it'd be horrid with replies moved over.
I'd also like to be able to view the comments in the message box.
