so, im going to do a Furry Research project..

and im wondering what exactly to put in it
i was planning on doing a large survey, but it turns out we cant do notecards, so i cant put a lot of that in it. I might use a few questions and opinions, and post a mass survery or something
input on that please, and then:
give me ideas for what to put in the project!
This will be informing people about the fandom is and what it encompasses, so please tell me anything you'd like me to look up. any stereotypes you'd like me to address, anything broadly covering the fandom, specifics, etc., whatever. Tell me!

Second: ahh yeah, some people just take on too much at a time :\ though i dont think this would go good, since thats really about art, and not entirely about the fandom.

Also I believe fa has some stats already established. I think they said vore was the most popular thing last year.
If i get a good input on this one, i might make a larger survey just for fun. And to get a bigger look at the fandom
how an interest in being animal-like or an attraction to soft cuddley things is usually the starting point for most furries.
go into detail about huskies/wolves, bunnies and foxes being the most cliche furries and most common. and perhaps why you think that is.
I do think interviewing artists in the furry field would be a great addition to the information because then you have opinions of a 3rd party. Someone beside yourself to explain their own view on the subject matter.

I'm not sure what your rating limit on this is. A bit of explanation about how being a furry doesn't necessarily mean you like bestiality (ie. sex with dogs or horses etc in real life) It also isn't necessarily about sex.
Like me? I don't know about my fursona, or if I'll ever make one. But I'm a cat, through and through. It's almost more of a way of life than a fetish, sort of. It's hard to explain, I think.
yeah, im DEFINITELY going into that. Thats a VERY common misconception.
Ill have to find some way to go into how furry is a way of life. Just like religions are to some, and skateboarding, and other hobbies
