Looking for an 'Ol Truck

I'm looking for photo references of a 1980 Ford F-150, or any international equivalents. I've done some looking online, found a few pics, but if anyone has seen one of these or is auto savvy enough to recognize one, I'd be much obliged if someone could supply me with some good photos from various angles. In fact, I'd be obliged enough to supply you with a personalized art work for your trouble!

The F-150 isn't the only vehicle I'm looking for various angles on. I'm also interested in the French AML-60 armored car. I know I'm fishing here, but you guys have surprised me before! Don't let me down!

Did a quick bit of research and the '81 is the same as the '80. Here's a couple of links, let me know if I can get you some more (or if you're looking for something else).

Sorry, I lack pictures of it minus the topper. But these should should at least be reference enough to find pictures of one without a topper.

And I guess I should note that the visor with the orange lights over the windshield isn't stock. I forgot that was there.

The wheels, flares, and running boards aren't original either.

I noticed this afterward and just didn't want to spam his inbox. I forgot how much crap the previous owner put on it. *facepalm* At least the running boards are gone now. Huzzah for failing to be very helpful. X_x

Actually, this is really, really good! The plan was to have a topper on the truck in the comic, so this makes things just a little easier than I'd planned. I can use other images to get an idea of what the original wheels were like (and I can subtract the running boards), but otherwise it's a good reference.

Well cool, I'm glad I could help! I have a few interior pictures if you need a pic of the dash or the bench seat (although I'm pretty sure the seat cover is aftermarket as well >_>). Also, my truck is missing the chrome F O R D on the front of the hood- the 1980 and 81 models did not have the blue oval logo on the grille.

Actually, I'd appreciate some good interior shots as well. Several scenes in the upcoming comic take place in the interior, so some nice detail would help immensely.

You may supply me with the previously mentioned personalized art work if you like, but I don't know if that'd be fair to ask of you since I've had those pictures sitting around on my photobucket for several years now. It was just luck that I spotted the journal, and I didn't even notice the offer of art until after I'd replied. I saw 1980 F-150 and got excited because I like being helpful. :)

Go to Google Images and search either "1980 Ford F150" or "AML-60". I found lots of pictures of both.

Oh, I've done that, but a lot of the pictures give you either limited clarity or don't give you enough information about the vehicle from various angles.

I guess it depends on how accurate you need the reference to be. Most American car makers have introduced subtle variations over a span of model years without changing the overall body style. To complicate matters further, there were often dealer-only options that Ford corporate did not offer. Generally speaking, 1980-1986 Ford F150s all look the same. I know a lot more about '64.5-70 and '79-98 Mustangs than I do about the pickups, though.
