OMG Please Help!

So unfortunitly I missed FWA again this year due to lack of funds to go and some school shit coming up. But two of my best friends 
shiroelex and 
jellybeans95 attended and their car was broken into well in the PAID parking lot. The coward ass thief stole $400 in tools, and a few other things including the keys to two different vehicles. Shiro is now borrowing my car as long as he needs untill things get worked out. But this is the last thing these tow needed.
The Atlanta PD and the lot Owner were apparently absolutely NO help and now the rental company is making him pay for the damage some cowardly jack ass did to the rental car well getting in it. If anyone can give a hand to these two it would much be appreciated. They have been great friends to me and others over the years, always been first to help when they can and I know they are well known by many in the fandom. I have added a link before as to ware help can be given. Thank you everyone any help is much appreciated.

Yeah, I'd love to lend my hand by passing it through the guy's throat that broke into their car...was that too violent? O_o Yeah they told me what happened, and there's probably nothing the law enforcement of ATL can do about it...fucking sucks

well they could have got off their ass and taken a police report for his insurance and all that. But apparently crime isn't important down there i guess.

Hm, that's pretty insane that they can't do anything. I'm guessing so much crime happens in Atlanta that a car break in is one of the lowest on their priority lists... Still, doesn't give them a right to completely ignore it, if that was me I'd be pissed. I'd probably go as far a to contact the governor to complain about the unfairness of the law enforcement.
