I was in Wisconsin at a funeral.

Back to regularly scheduled arting.

How was the weather at the Funeral? I wonder as I expect that there may not have been a grave side ceremony being Wisconsin and all.

Weather was cool and windy and I forgot a jacket and was traipsing about in a skirt and short sleeved shirt. They had the 'burial' service outside of the church and not at the cemetery for some reason so we didn't have to stay outside too long.
There was an awesome red moon Monday night.

Was the funeral for some one close to you (such as family member). I hope you do not get a cold because it, that would just be ironic.

My husband's grandfather. It was one of those, we'd planned on going to visit more often, seeing them more often, spending more time...then never got around to it... situations.

Well I am sorry to hear that. I am trying to do something similar with my grandfather. He lives down in Las Vegas and I going down in April to visit him after not seeing him since he came up her last September and I only spent a short time then as I came down with the flue and did not want to take the chance of giving it to him. I plan on at least spending one day with him when we I get down there. He is 92 after all and still drives if you can believe that.
