Keeping track

General
I'm going to start keeping track of my various doings here on FA...possibly deleting my LiveJournal site. I would rather have a journal that focused on the artwork I'm doing...or trying to do, and being able to easily show my progress or final pieces. LJ was just becoming too much of a place to rant and rave and be angry or disillusioned by the world. I think I'd rather hang out in a furrier world.
I've got a few people interested in commissions so far and am working out the details with them, and this is good. I want to get a reliable system of doing commissioned work for people, for several reasons--chiefly, I just want to get work out there and get people interested in it again. I also need more "freelance income" since the work from places like Wizards of the Coast has become more and more scarce. Besides, maybe Magic cards pay better, but I really enjoy doing furry art more than regular fantasy art.
I want to get more involved in the furry community in this way--and through this site. More exposure here will hopefully translate into more sketchbook work and print sales at cons, making it more feasible to go to them.
Right now I am working on a couple of drawings that will hopefully make their way into the RainFurest con book.
Well, that's it for now. Thanks to everyone for your generous welcoming comments. I'll continue posting work, so please visit on occasion, and when you want some art, please feel free to write!
*hugs*

Hope to write to you one day.
You then go to your browser's edit function and click "copy".
You editor has now memorized the adderess that you had selected.
Now put the cursor where you want the web address link to appear, then click on "edit" then from the edit menu click on "paste". The web address for the picture will now appear as a link.
For example, to see SteelTeal click on the link below:
http://www.furaffinity.net/view/554626/
Of course, you can type in the web address, but mistakes do happen. The copy-paste function is shared between all open browser windows, so you can use one browser window to copy the picture addresses, and another browser window to paste them into what you are typing.
Using one's FA gallery as a journal-equivalent for showing "works in progress" with comments is very satisfactory. But the FA "journal" entries, properly speaking, have the drawback of being very short-lived, because only the most recent entry appears on your main page, and people will never browse back through past entries. A few journal entries create quite some raves and rants here too ;o)
I still have that one I bought from you years ago...
the hunky one with the huge bulge
Take care

Your fur-detail always amazed me.
^_^
However, naturally is your choice. Will just watch from a far again and enjoy the artwork you post as and when you do :)
