Happy Easter and why I hate Amazon even more now

Does anyone even read Journals anymore?
Okay, so first off, a happy easter to everybody. At least where I live its easter sunday, so there.
Secondly, as I told you guys, I preordered Infinite Space and Pokemon Soulsilver. And both games are here, right besides me.
Buuuut, I also preordered a Lugia figure which I got for free, according to Amazon at least. And here's the catch: I didn't got one.

Those fuckers sure hadn't enough figures it seems. And gues what they did. Instead of apologizing to everyone who can't get one, in a sneaky action, these bastards no only changed the orders on my user account on amazon so that it seems like I never ordered one. And they lowered the price of the game.
Okay, so now I got the game less expansive, nice and all but...I want my LUGIA FIGURE. Or an apology at least. And instead those asstards sneakily change my order and try to cover their asses up!

Bah, dis kinda thing happens all the time with every pre-ordering thingamy, unless it's inside the box, it's probably gunna get lost or forgotten about. So I wouldn't blame Amazon too badly. Though I admit their service is tacky.
