Auction: Pet Artist for a Month
Hi there, Loki here! I have a very strange auction that I'm setting up right here, right now on FA! If you're interested, please read through to the end!
Q. Pet Artist for a Month? What the hell is that?
A. It's what it sounds like... only a little different. You'll be getting me, the lovely and horribly cute Loki as your very own "tell me what to draw and I'll do it for you" person for an entire month. You'll pay a pre-set price, which will be determined by the auction (and if you want originals of any of your things, a shipping fee).
Q. Art? What kind of art? Pencil sketches?
A. You'll be getting seven pencil sketches a week, with the option of having two of them inked for an extra dollar each- and one fully colored (digital, traditional, doesn't matter-nal) piece a week. The fully colored piece is part of the package.
Q. How many characters?
A. You are allowed three sketches with one character, two with two characters, and two with three characters per week. I'd prefer to not be coloring three-character pictures every week, but if that's what you ask for (and you're willing to be patient!), that's what you'll be given!
Q. Okay, I'll bite. What does the bidding start at, and how do I bid?
A. Bidding starts at $300USD. I know that's a bit high, but that's 31 drawings, four of which are fully colored and a good chunk of which are inked! I understand the economy today, so I will also understand if you need to pay in chunks. For a project of this size, I would like your commitment to a 75% upfront, 25% at the close of the project payment. So, say you were to pay me $100: $75 would be paid before I started, and $25 would be paid after I was done.
You bid by sending me a note with the amount that you bid. I will then post the person with the current high bid in this journal, and update it as more bids come in. The winner will be announced next sunday. I will give an hour's warning via this journal.
Q. Hey... but what if it takes you longer than a day to do something?
A. If it takes me longer than a day, then it takes me longer than a day. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL YOU HAVE 31 PIECES OF ART. If that takes me two months, then it will take me two months and I'll get it completed for you. That's my promise. You WILL get what you pay for. I won't leave you with 14 pieces because I couldn't get them done fast enough. That's neither fair, nor right.
If you have ANY questions, please feel free to ask me in the comments! <3 Much love, and happy bidding!!

OP
^_^ Good luck being a teacher!! My husband and I are both on our way to becoming teachers ourselves- he's focusing on History, and I'm (hopefully- I haven't come to my complete decision yet) going to be focusing on English.
