no no, The grammar is correct! It's a poetic liscence! :P No, Seriously, What Happend (present) That day (non determinated Stence) So, You can answer on any stence you want! :P

What happens is present, and what's happening would be present continuous

What happend is one letter short of what happened, which would be past, so as it doesn't exist in itself... I think I can allow myself to be confused... ^^;

Yeah! I authorizes you to be confused then! I made a mistake... It's What Happens that day I should Have wrote!

So, You can read it What did happens that day... or What will happens that day... Or what happens on that day
