COMMISSION INFO
Currently accepting commissions necklaces/individual sculpts. If you don't see an animal species you like that I've already done, no worries. I'm expanding my range to include other animals as well.

WHAT YOU GET
A necklace in the fashion of those I've already done. An sculpt of your choice in each of the Pride colors. Your choice of chain or non-chain necklace.
THINGS TO BARE IN MIND
Due to the nature of clay, as well as the small size of the sculpts, there WILL be differences in the sculpts. These differences will be minor, hues in color, proportions of body parts, etc. It just means that what you receive, while very close to those shown in my gallery, they won't be exactly the same.
Payment preferably by paypal, but if you don't have it, note me and we can figure something out.
A KIND OF ToC FOR COMMISSIONS
* Items will be shipped out USPS 1St Class service with Delivery Confirmation. Upon posting you will receive an email and note notifying you that the item has been posted, and you will receive the tracking number.
* Some form of tracking will always be added to the items I post out, for two reasons:
1) It gives you, the customer, the ability to track the item.
2) It provides me protection from dishonest customers (sadly...there are some) as well as proving that I have indeed posted out your item.
* What happens if an item doesn't pitch up? The following procedures will be followed:
1) Notify me
2) I will check the tracking number. If the tracking number confirms that the item was delivered, then either the item is there and you're missing it, someone else has taken it, or you're one of those few trying to rip me off. If the tracking number confirms the item is there, I am not liable for anything
3) If the item is lost in transit somewhere, and it does happen, tho very rarely, I will get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
* Sculpts are of hardened clay. They ARE fragile if handled roughly, dropped, stepped on etc etc. Wearing any of the sculpts casually will not damage them. "Casual wear" is defined as walking, sitting or other light actions. Use common sense when wearing them. Showing them off at a Con is one thing, rockclimbing with them another! I have stress tested multiple types of sculpts, and all are going strong.
* If an item has been damaged DURING transit, contact me immediately. Please provide evidence of the damage! A photograph is easiest. I shall replace the damaged item as soon as possible! Only the damaged item(s) will be replaced. Should half or more of the purchase need replacing, I will require that you mail the item back to me, WITH Delivery Confirmation. Once the item has arrived I will send out the replacement! The postage fee you paid will be re-imbursed (paypal only). Free replacement of damaged items is only available for damage done during transport from me to you. Damage after the fact will not be repaired/replaced for free.
* Any ETA's on shipping are just that...estimates. A number of factors can delay completion of a project. Should something take longer, I will contact and keep you updated with what is happening.
* Depending on workload I may send you Work in Progress (WIP) images. I won't be able to do this all the time, but if you ask for some progress shots you shall get them ^.^
* Please do not bombard me with emails/notes inquiring after your purchase! They just slow me down. On average an item will take between 4 and 7 days, assuming a light work load, and dependant on various factors. That said, if you have a question or comment, don't hesitate to note/email me.
* Contacting me:
1) Use of Notes on FA for pre-ordering questions and such is fine. Once a decision is made to go ahead with a purchase, please put any correspondance to me in email form. This helps me keep track of each person's order and the details thereof.
