About my Last Journal (all please read)

Well it seems that a few words cause quite the uproar, I didn't meant to cause such a big fight. Personally I'm not against cub art, it's fictional and nobody is getting hurt. The only reason why I posted that, to remove cub porn from Fur Affinity was cause I have friends in UK. It's unfair for them to have the fear that they'll get arrested for just visiting a site with fictional art of totally fictional characters. Actually I'm pissed off at the UK goverment or who ever put this ban on all sites with underage porn, even if it's fictional art with anthros in them. Also I have a few cub porns myself, but I'm very picky on that. Well anyway, I just wanted to show my support to my good UK friends.
I would be so pissed if such a ban would come here in Finland, which I hope will never happen.

Though people are freaking out over nothing. You can't be arrested for visting FA. Plan and simple. The only way you will be arrested in the UK is if you're looking at Shota/Lolli in the UK and maybe cub porn there (The law on cub porn is kinda thin and wonky at best now). Though that hasn't really been addressed for the cub porn, my friend. Mostly what has been addressed is the Shota/Lolli which is mostly human or sub human that's illegal, like elves, drawfs, ect. Plus if you have tons of the art on your HD. Then you'll get arrested. If you read
dragonneer's journal and the journal he links to that another user did, that's at the top of the journal Neer did. There is a way you won't get in trouble for being on this site. Basically is clearing your cache of your internet browse and not looking at/keeping cub/lolli/shota art. Plain and simple in the UK. They can still look at the site, cause they could go onto an artsite that's new and that and bam. There might be art like that and they didn't know! I don't think right then and there, police will bust down their down and arrest them, cause then a lot of people would be arrested in the UK for stumbling over things like that and people would be using it to get people they hate arrested, if they have enough hate and revenge towards a person.

how about this, cause this could satisfy both sides of the party. You could actually choose which genres you want to see and which you don't. Like there would be these ticks you could put in some options on this site, if you tick cub, you wouldn't even see art that were labeled cub. That should satisfy both sides.

That would be great if they implemented that on the site and I think they might be looking into it, but I'm not sure. Though I still think people are panicing in the UK all for nothing and staying off FA all for nothing as well. Yeah... It's good to be safe then sorry, but I just know that people are going to be pissed of in the UK when all along they find out they could have been looking at FA all along, when they could have just did a couple of steps to prevent seeing cub/lolli/shota art of the human nature. By doing the steps listed in the one journal that the one user on here did, that's linked at the top of Neer's journal. That's all they have to do to protect themselves.

okay, well I sure do hope they will impliment that option. Then all should be happy.

-nods- Plus the UK government could put a block on FA and that's solve the problem indeffinently if they think FA is illegal to be on, because of the cub porn, since lolli/shota is not allowed anymore for the human/human-esc art.

true, they could do that if they were serious.

Yep. Then the UK furs would definately know and probably be down right pissed off, if that happened.

Yes, it seems a few furs here are over doing it. Nothing was said about cub art in the new law. Still, I am for cub art and I don't think anyone in the UK have anything to worry about.

Piracy is also illegal. You can get jailed if you do it. And yet no one is. So unless you're being all snobby and distributing it and creating a giant community of cub loving people, you shouldn't really be concerned.
