I need to write something new here sometime soon.
Hopefully in two weeks or so I'll have some more critter pictures to share, as I have designs upon a large zoo as part of a business trip. Woo. Less birds, more fur.

There used to be something in my area called an "open air wildlife zoo". $12 to get in, it was a park green with a wall around it. No actual exhibits (hence the open air part), it was literally nothing but birds and insects, all of which were common to the local area; presumably they were lured in by food and plant life and simply flew over the wall.
