Today has been a bad day. There hasn't been any one thing that has been particularly bad but just in general it's been a bad day. There were even highlights today. One of our exams got cancelled and so will just be a small question in one of the other exam papers, I got a second bursary (although I need to check that I can accept both) and I got to use a SEM.

SEM is a scanning electron microscope. It's pretty cool 'cause it lets you go from 10X magnification a few thousands times. That's from seeing an object (beetle and a flower for me) to zooming in to see individual cells. I should get my pics back sometime and then I'll try post one or two to show you.
