Uh... not to basically bump an old-ass post, but I highly doubt you have any idea what it takes to get OSX to work on windows. Google is your friend - and by that I don't mean to come off as lazy - the steps involved have already been detailed out on different places.
There's no "OSX for Windows 7", just like there's now "Windows 7/XP/Vista for OSX". While the microsoft OS' can be run via virtual machine, the opposite isn't as easy.
If it's the interface you want, then look to customize Windows 7 to act like OSX... like the dock. Try ObjectDock or RocketDock for one thing. I believe there's also something called ObjectBar to imitate the bar at the top of OSX. The power of a PC (and easily upgradeable), with the functionality (almost) of a Mac.
...At least it's better than wasting cash on a several thousand dollar "game console" that acts like a computer.
