Well, today, one of my friend say:

"If you want to be loved, well i guess you need to love yourself first"

And I answer:

" Can I love myself with a sweet knif in my harth or something like that?"

Well I know I hv some real hard Self confident probleme, that why I'm in psyciatric.

But... Somebody can tell me...
HOW CAN I LOVE MYSELF?????
I just hate everything what I am, there no real aparent reasont but... how could I? v_v
