Well, classes are out for the year! I managed to squeak myself through the first year of graduate school with a 3.7 GPA...which is way higher than I ever managed as an undergraduate. Yay grade inflation! Also the big research project at the end of the year went over quite nicely, and I got myself into a full time lab, so I'm officially in the PhD program now ^^ Once the preliminary exams are finished next year, it'll be just research until I'm finished...in 2012 or so. Not the most interesting journal, I'm sure, but having the same one on there for a year was a little distracting.
