ive been reading for the last eight hours finnaly finishing a five hundred page book.
i pickup my lastest boffer, a very light weapon at fifty two inches, with half inch pipe.
it doesnt look right its bent toward the blade.the bend is only a change of a few milimeters caused by an eight inch tip but its iritating all the same. its fast and long and light. its true potential can only be reached by maximizing its speed and control with effective movement. the faster it is the more control is nessasary. too fast or reckless and i find my second hand at the wrong position to catch my weapon as my main hand brings it back to to two hand use.
i feel the difference between it and medium pipe weapon of the same size. control is the difference. its harder to use with one hand and the possible movements with two are low in my current skills. i always switch between onehand and two. using one with ease and two giving extra control. medium weappons are balancced in thatone and two hand use is essentially the same. light pipe weapons are alays one handed unless of a certain length. a 52 inch light pipe sword is hard to use with one hand and easier control with two in each case strength must be maximized toward the safe limit to obtain desired speed to make the weapon a threat. too strong and unlike a medium pipe weapon you do not become dangerous but reckless, a form of danger as a two blade sword.
