Two updates

The first of these updates is overdue, I found out Wednesday....
The lady from AAA car insurance called back about my check. Apparently there was an error in their system showing that the check was drawn for payment or something because they got it back, returned to sender from the Monroeville post office, just like happened so many other times. There was no theft of my check. They will re-mail it out. I called the nice police officer who I met with Flanowa Saturday and left him a message to let him know, to apologize for the inconvenience, and to thank him for his help.
Second update...
As of Friday, my 4 weeks as a 'temp' at ny former job are up and i'm back to being home on unemployment again. Based on things that I talked to others about there, I think it is likely that I will get a call back again, for regular work and not as a temp. I plan to give them a couple weeks to call me back and then if there's no call, I will start sending out resumes. I know many people would feel that I should start sending out the resumes immediately but I do get really stressed over interviews and job hunting. I seem to feel that I am inadequate for anything and I don't have confidence in myself, therefore I am really bad at interviewing. So, since I also know how things tend to work at my job I got laid off from, i'm going to give them a little time to call because they most likely will. They like to hire people back and they also tend to lay off too many people and then call some back later.
I also found out 2 additional things. 1 - When I was laid of at the end of Feburary, it seemed that I was just in the wrong department at the wrong time, and that they still seem to want me there. 2 - I would have likely been called back sooner if they paperwork in Human Resources was correct. When they laid me off, they only had listed the most recent thing I did as my 'experience' there and so when they were looking for people in other things I did, I was not noticed. My supervisor who called me back as a temp made sure that my profile in HR is updated so that I can get a call back for anything I did there, not just the most recent thing.
