All you gotta do is make yourself available. Sometimes you've got to be willing to take the intiative, or even present yourself to someone you like. We men have busy minds, and history teaches us the sad lesson to keep our options open until we've got a good feeling about something.

Singularity, its a double edged sword if I've ever seen one. On one hand I enjoy the freedom that being a bachelor has to offer (No one yells at me to vacuum or fix stuff)
But then again there are times when I'm sitting at home by myself and just wishing I had someone to lay on the couch and watch a movie with, and it does get lonely.

Best advice I can offer you is just keep your chin up and keep looking. Or talk to friends. Some company is better than none at all.

jesus i know what you mean :( though IDK, everyone my age seems to expect really serious devotion to their BF/GF, which is strange to me, cuz at this point in my life if i was in a relationship it would be totally open and definitely short term. you know, just to polish my social skills and learn how to interact with other humans XD but NOOOO everybody expects total devotion to the point of a marriage-like relationship.

it might just be a girl thing, but i do know a few guys my age who are looking for long term relationships (why is a total mystery to me, but still)
