Going to be dropping off the net soon. On May 9th I need to be out of my house, the Landlord won his Unlawful Detainer against us and we are being evicted. Since we spend everything we had on our case, proving the place was uninhabitable we are broke. My brother and I, and our 3 dogs, will head north, hiking along trails and hoping to find a cheaper place then LA to live and start fresh. God Willing we will have enough money for supplies or it's going to be a long, cold journey. I will get online when I can, after all ALL my skill are in the net arena so I will have to try and do jobs on the go and try and make a 10 minute laptop battery last unless we can scourge up the hundred odd bucks to get a new battery, but a laptop battery would be low on our list of needs.

How can any judge consider that Habitable I will never know, that is the only excuse for ruling in favor of the landlord since a uninhabitable estate gives you the right to Withhold Rent to try and fix things.
