Today's just all full of aggro.

I decided a little bit ago that I wanted to watch Hot Fuzz; a film which is easily amongst my Top 5 Ever, and it's for this reason that I have an .avi copy of it on a hard drive that my Xbox can see. If I decide I want to watch it, it's right there in my Media Centre.
So, I queue everything up, and the sounds off. On an AVI file, which is just weird to me. I mean, yeah, it's probably only going to be background noise, but still. Sometimes, I do like to actually watch it. D:
Granted, this is also the movie that I have twice on DVD (Region 1 and Region 2, because the special features are different). I just don't have the software for ripping DVDs any more, and I fear wearing out the DVDs. Especially now, since I managed to somehow wear out an AVI file. >:(

Why not just watch the dvds on your xbox?

OP
Because for one, it's not always easy for me to get up and down, which is why most of my movies are on my hard drive, and 2, I'm worried about damaging the discs since it's one of the movies I watch several times a month.
