I think this order is fairly accurate.

Hunter (Father Of The Pride)
Miles "Tails" Prower (All renditions of him equally, each with their own strengths)
Skippy Squirrel (Animaniacs)
RJ (Over The Hedge, movie. Comic version not as hot.)

For all of these, I can add "cute butt" as a comment. Well, Hunter's butt was never featured much. His cuteness comes from all of his front-side features, especially the face. Cutest butt? Probably Wakko. I'm sure he was my first cartoon crush, which ensures his spot at #1. Hunter and Tails were VERY close behind. Hunter, because Father Of The Pride shares the same spot in my heart as Animaniacs, and Tails because he's cute, smart, and because he's Tails!

Father Of The Pride was absolutely hilarious. It replaced Animaniacs as my favorite show, and that's pretty hard to do.
