Help! Computer problem! D:

I'm typing this on my iPod because my laptop will not connect to the internet, I've tried both wireless and hardlined connections and both say they are connected but nothing works. I've tried repairing the connections, restarting, disabling the firewalls, scanned for viruses and spyware and nothing showed up. Everyone else in my dorm can connect but me, so the Internet here does work, I just can't connect to it. Does anyone have any ideas as to what's wrong?

tryed a different program to connect to the internet (otherwise it could be a windows/mac problem)

That's a hard one, have you tried resetting the wireless receiver on your laptop?

could be a compatibility issue or that your laptop has been somehow banned from the server you need to talk to the person who administrates your service

also try reinstalling your drivers for both might be a problem there if you just updated your windows
