Anyone in here use Illustrator? I am curious to use it for inking again, but one of the things that was always really difficult for me was tweaking with the brush tool. Is there any way to alter the PRESSURE anchors for a pressure-sensitive brush, and not just the curve and position anchors? I'm using CS3. (I heard CS4 has some more options for brush stuff, so if you have CS4 and know it's better for inking, tell me!)
Thanks all

I'm not sure if that's what you're exactly looking for, but if you need any further help just ask since I use Illustrator CS3 often for things. :x
Hmmm, well the only option you got for adjusting a strokes pressure after its been created is selecting that stroke and going into calligraphic brush options, then messing with the variations in the diameter area. There's not many options for adjusting the brush sadly in CS3 (That I know of at least). There's also the paintbrush tool preferences for adjusting Tolerance and smoothness, but that's not what you're looking for I reckon.
I've gotten by with the lack of customization in the brushes though, and a lot of the lineart in the drawings you see in my gallery were done using illustrator. Sorry i couldn't be of much help, but I'm still available if you need it. Hope you figure out what you're looking for. :(
