Commission Blacklist: Do not commission!

Hello everyone.
I told myself I was not going to do this but after talking to a few friends they have convinced me to do this.
GrineX is not a person you want to commission. I commissioned him I think about a year or more ago. I gave him my information, the refs and anything he wanted. A week or two goes by and he tells me he lost my information so I send it to him again. a month later he sends me the presketch for the full color and I approve it. a few months go by and I forget about him. I remember and ask him if he is almost done much later and then he tells me he lost the information AGAIN. So I kindly ask for my money back and he says "I am afraid that is not possible." and offers to finish the commission.
At this point my friends have told me I deserve my refund and a lot more for having to wait for having to wait for so long. So I decide to be nice and say, hey Im not interested in that anymore but I guess you can just draw a different picture since you never started it. After that I give him the new information. I check up on him a few days later and he says he hasnt started on the pre sketching but he will get around to it. After that he stops responding.
If he had not finished other commissions while he 'got around' to mine it would be different. He just does not seem to care about my commission.
SO A WARNING TO ALL: Do not commission him. you may not get your money back and end up wasting a years time as well.

registering is free and easy, and you have much more of a chance to explain your situation there. I'd do that before posting a journal here. No matter the situation, you run the risk of making someone angry and by doing so, virtually guarantee that your money is long gone.
Also: Everyone works at a different paces. I had an artist tell me once that my commission is in line with others he has to work on, that his friends, family, and job come before me. For some it's just a fun hobby too, so as much as I hate to take long periods of time waiting, it's really out of your hands. This isn't their job (most likely) and some just work only when they feel like it.
Yet another reason why I only trade and wont give people cash!
