Not every story has a good ending, but that doesn't mean they have to end in a bad one either.
I'm sorry if I've been particularly quiet since the last journal, and I really hope I'm not making this sound like a twitter page.
Things around the household are a little awkward right now. My mother appolgized for how she reacted. (Alchohol clearly played a role that night) I also told her prior that day that it's either me or religion for her. She can't place them both on the same level of love and respect.
Is it wrong of me that I still find it hard to forgive her? I love her, as much as one can love their parents, but it was hurtful what she said.
Anyways, we made up for the most part. (Though brief it was, work called)

After how she acted it shouldn't be wrong to feel a bit distant or awkward right now, but give it time dude, I'm sure your feelings will get back to their regular state and things will be normal again, just give it a little time :)

It's one of those times where you have a view of somebody, and they prove to be something completely different than what you've always seen or known them to be...
It might have hurt you for her to've reacted that way, but it's the same likewise.
She saw you one way, and has to be completely changed to another.
She just needs a little time to understand and get her mind straightened out.
