I have someone who I have blocked from posting on my FA and replying to my comments on my FA, but if I comment on someone else's submission, he feels it is necessary to throw in his two cents there too. I don't need to be told to be quiet or shut up when I am making a comment, and I had hoped that blocking someone from commenting on me meant I was still free to comment on others without harassment. Who do I talk to in order to have this issue resolved, or the user himself banned? I'm sick of it.
