When did you start drawing?
I started drawing late 2008. I was actually drawing before 2008, but this was the time when I realized that I would like to get better at it. I still have a couple of my simple little drawings. Trust me, I've improved!
Which hand do you use for drawing?
Ambidextrous, but I draw best with my right.
Which is easier to draw - male or female?
Male. I don't exactly know why....
Which is easier to draw - long hair or short hair?
Long hair. Because I'm a lazy artist.
Is it easier to draw the head facing towards the right or the left?
I don't think that it makes much of a difference, but due to the fact that I'm mostly right handed, I think I'd rather draw it to the right. That doesn't mean it's easier though.
Is it easier to draw the side view of the face or the front view?
Side view. I've tried frontal view, I had to BURN that picture, and flush the ashes down the toilet.
What do you have problems in drawing?
I mostly have problems with wings, and perspective. Don't laugh. Because I'll cut you.
What do you like to draw?
Animals in general.
Are you a traditional artist or a digital artist?
Both. My art is drawn on paper, scanned to my computer, then digitally colored.
Where do you start drawing from?
Most of my drawing start with stick figures, hand gestures, pacing, and random thoughts.
What is your drawing habit that you are aware of?
I can't sit down long enough to finish a picture.
Any tips for coloring/shading?
Always mark your light source and refer back to it to keep your shadows close to realistic.
How long does it take to finish a piece of art?
A couple of days, but mostly because I can't sit down long enough to finish a picture.
What music do you listen to while you draw?
Mostly metal (Behemoth, Unearth, Woe of Tyrants)
How long does it take you to come up with an idea?
A couple of seconds. Lots of my ideas never come to pass though.
Your favorite drawing utensils?
Pencil and paper.
Your favorite color/the color that you use a lot?
Black. It's in nearly all of my pictures.
Your favorite style(s)?
My favorite is cartoon-ish things with a touch of realism. If you know what I mean.
Are you satisfied with your current art?
No. Not yet anyway. I want to get better. Especially in my coloring.
What kind of artist are you aiming for?
I'm not quite sure yet, but I want to have a little experience in many fields.
