Well, signs are pointing to the fact that my silver tablet won't be with us much longer. The wiring is going bad. I'm not terribly disappointed in my tablet though. For a $35 off brand tablet from a company I've never heard of before I bought this I think a 4 year run is pretty good. It has served me well, but while I can keep it going a while longer on my own I'm going to need a new one.

I'm looking at getting the intuos4 medium as a replacement which is $309 including shipping. It's a wacom and the size I need so it will last me for at least a decade so it is well worth the investment. Not to mention the easy keys and the touch ring should really improve productivity.

As I am living off of commissions and such, and as I am reluctant to take on more if avoidable with the back log I already have since I'm going to have to take some more come the end of this month. I know that everyone is pretty tight for cash at the moment, but I'm pretty much stuck depending on the kindness of strangers. If you all out there really like my art and want me to be able to continue to make more then I'm asking for those to donate just a small amount to the me to help me keep what you want me to keep doing.
