Try to get your hands on the original psd file or any format with layers, it can save me some time and also improve the quality of animation.

Payment
Paypal only
The payment is send through an Invoice, so the commissioner must send his paypal email with all the details about the animation, then I can send it with the all the details.
The commissioner must pay the paypal's fee, that's adding 7,89% + $0,30 of the total value.
Commission must be paid before I start the animation.

2. the angle is ok... but the background can't be animated... and also is better if have a scanned version

a colorized version is always better than a b&w.... but there's no problem in animate a b&w picture at all ;)

First is it possible, second, how much would it be? (I'm not super rich)
The idea would be two clicks, one for regular motion, second for climax, no visible cum, but light belly bulge as she gets slightly filled.
Have the original SAI file as well as permission from the artist, if that would make things easier on you.
