She is private, lived the life of a happy child and very very feminine.

Her life has alway been in the spot light and she has to keep her and her fiancée hidden.

She does wear a tiara at all times.

Her base colour should be one that reflects her natural personality.
A naturally scared person may have light coloured eyes... a naturally jealous person should have green or turquoise.
a clam person a pale blue.

The tiara idea works for princeses.
I think she should also have a moodstone necklace that matches her eyes and can shift to keep the colour theme.
She needs to wear very form fitting princessy cloths, and I'd imagine her to be quite glamourous under the focus of so much attention. And having a happy life she's be well looked after.
Also, to have a fiancee she'd need ot be sexy, right?
