As you may or may not have noticed already, I've been experimenting with organizing the group's FA profile, tidying things up here and there, omitting redundancies and useless info, and moving things around to spaces they may be more useful. Hopefully, this will improve the ability to convey information that may be useful to those of you who are actively involved in the local furry community.
Now, since there are only three of us, and nearly 200 of you, we can only predict so much of what you folks want from us. We're not even shy of our first year in use, and obviously there is still much that can be improved about us.
So here is my question to you: What sort of things would you like to see us do? Is there perhaps some sort of activity we can host on this page that will get people involved? Should I perhaps try to post current events to get conversation started? I want to hear from you.
I can't guarantee that we will implement anything suggested, but it would be certainly great to hear feedback from you guys.
Also, for your convenience, I have added extra journals providing information about the various gatherings listed above. Simply click on the links and they will take you to their information page.

I've never been to a furcon, a furmeet, or have ever met another person who has claimed to be a furry. Everything Furry I know is limited to online interaction. So I don't really know what happens!
I'd like to meet other outside of text box for obvious reason, but it's kinda daunting in my position to jump right into hanging out with people who I've never met before. I mean I've never done anything like this in my life.
I'm normally a very sociable person once I start talking, but getting to that point is a whole other battle, especially with something like this.
So I'll admit: I'm nervous...It's probably only me, but if by some slim chance anyone else is like me then a very welcoming planned organized "new to the group furs kick off the year event extravaganza"would be nice.
Also, there's a lot of terminology and names of folk being thrown around who I don't know, and that's a little overwhelming too.
I think that's it I really appreciate this I just turned 19 at the end of April and I still kinda suffered from the whole leaving the nest stuff insecurity stuff in my first year of college at st.cloud state, but I'm so ready to get out there and I hope this fur group will be able to help me with that!
