Sick of my ex's new BF's sh*t

I've been trying not to rant, trying to let this all just blow over, trying to just ignore this, but I'm tired, I'm pissed, and I nearly got run over AGAIN. My ex's BF keeps being a dick, swerving his car at me while I walk home, and just claimed I owe him and his GF $200... the real reason? Oh, found that out too... he still owes money to a drug dealer. I'm trying to stay calm while I write this, but my hands are shaking, and honestly, its out of rage. If he pulls one more stunt like this, I'm either gonna:
A) Have his ass arrested
B) Tell the drug dealer where he lives
To put it simply and end this rant, I'm pissed and tired of taking a crack-heads crap
PS: If you-know-who is reading this, bite me. We agreed we were even, we promised to stay out of each others lives, but this has gone on long enough. Control your pet or I'll muzzle him, GOT IT!?
