Complaining about a commission/commissioner

Why do people do this publicly, where other potential buyers can see it? It just makes you look like an unprofessional dick.
I can understand not liking a person you're working with, or not liking the subject matter they've paid you to do, but if you really need to vent, that's what friends filters on LiveJournal are for.
The appropriate place to slam a commissioner and the piece you drew for them is NOT in the artist's comments for that piece when you upload it to FA.
