You don't even have to sign it. I just want people to know the monstrosity of humanity around us. How can anyone do this? Fuck. Just, please. I know it's hard, because I'm posting a link and you guys probably don't even care. But PLEASE, I am begging you. I'm willing to do a lot to make sure this is STOPPED. It's fucking SICK. No. It's fucking DISGUSTING.

..And that's horribly cruel.. I wasn't even aware of these kinds of videos. Why would someone do this? I mean honestly. A fetish? Go out and lick people's feet or some crap. Don't torture animals. What the hell, dude. -_-
I'm going to sign this, because I really don't think it's a freedom of speech. Crushing some animal to death isn't "speaking". it's "Acting out", and it's torture. I dare them to try that with a mountain lion rather than a kitten, damnit. ._.
FREE SPEECH MY ASS! LET'S SEE WHAT HAPPENS IF I STARTED CRUSHING YOUR BABIES WITH HIGH HEELS. IS THAT FREE SPEECH??
Hmm, right, that's TOTALLY legal!
sad how some people are evil like that.
I did some research on the ASPC website, and there was a bill in place back in 1999 that "on April 20, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled in U.S. v. Stevens that the "Crush Act," a 1999 federal law banning the creation, sale and possession of materials depicting genuine acts of animal cruelty, is unconstitutional and overbroad in its scope."
Long story short, there is a bill on the floor that seeks to strike down the bill that rescinded the Crush Act, and give the act a narrower scope, but it still needs support. Therefore our representatives will not know how we feel unless we tell them, so the ASPCA link is one way to let them know how their constituents and the American people feel.

Now that we are aware of this issue, it is time to take action.

Dear Mr. Gutierrez,
Thank you for contacting me regarding H.R. 5092. I appreciate knowing your thoughts and concerns on this important issue.
Representative Elton Gallegly (CA-24) introduced H.R. 5092 which would amend the Crush Act (P.L 106-152) to give it a much narrower focus. This legislation would prohibit the creation, sale, and possession of any depictions of animals being crushed, drowned, impaled, or burned. H.R. 5092 has been referred to the House Committee on the Judiciary. While I am not a member of this subcommittee, please rest assured that I will keep your views in mind should this legislation come before the full House of Representatives for consideration.
As you know, the best ideas do not come from Washington but from thoughtful, caring people like you who take the time to participate in government and the democratic process. Please rest assured I will keep your thoughts and ideas in mind as I vote on legislation. I hope you will continue contacting me with your ideas and let me know if there is anything I can do for you or your family.
Again, thank you for contacting me. For more information and additional details about legislation, please visit my website, http://heinrich.house.gov. While you are there, you can also sign up to receive periodic updates on my work in Congress.
As always, I value your input and hope you will continue to keep me informed of the issues important to you.
Sincerely,
Martin Heinrich
Member of Congress
I would sign but I can't... It's not freedom of speech. What are you saying through that? Even if someone can give me a decent answer I still wont think twice about my opinion on how this is just plain WRONG. Like I said... it's not freedom of speech. It's extreme animal cruelty.
