So as a follow u to my last journal i reached a conclusion last night that my attitude and nasty mean ness(which a lot of you don't know exist) have been caused by bottling up things way to much, so as of today i am no longer bottling things up inside me, a lot of you may or may not get notes or talks from me that we both will not like, but im not having this rage destroy the relationships that matter to me, if your a true friend then this will make things better
