It would be nice to maybe try to get it started before Califur, since that's in two weeks, and I'd like to have some spending money when I'm there.

Oh she is. Me and my mom had a discussion about her coming home from her group home (she's been in jail/group homes since she was 14, she's 16 now. She spent her sweet 16 in jail).

Mother: "Alyssa's coming home at the end of June."
Me: "Forever??"

Me: "Oh, you mean for two weeks."
Mother: "Yyyyep."

Most of us turned out all right. My older brother's a carpenter now, my sister does home care, and my other brother makes $16/hr making diapers.


I'm unemployed, but my husband makes good money, and I bring in what I can doing this. Whenever my mum asks me how things are going with my art, she calls it "furby porn." XD

Ah, that's good. Our family has recently hit rock bottom and we're slowly finally making a big change to get our lives back on track. Slowly. Very very slowly.

My mother knows I draw furry art and she loves it, but she doesn't know I draw adult art. My 13 year old sister does, though. How ironic. Haha. My mom is very religious (not like freakishly religious, but pretty religious), so she'd probably strangle me mentally.

Where you do 100 sketches/inked drawings/whatever all for one price. People tend to do them in about the span of a month or so.

actually no. i have one guy that said he would do them as he got them.....he is walking through picking and choosing them as he pleases.....he said he is so busy with them. i half believe him, as some of them are hard, but then again, how hard is a b&w sketch of a feline asleep on a bed going to be?

im not saying you will do this like him, what i am saying is that i dont put much faith in these because people start to pick and choose after a few sketches.

I think the trick to that is to only offer up a few at a time (like around 20 or so). That way, you don't get too overwhelmed, and the people who buy don't get stuck waiting forever.

The last sketch thing I did, I utterly failed to cap it, and yeah. That's when it starts dragging on for months. Learned from that one. D:

Yeah, people tend to take all slots at once, then get freaked out by how much work they have to do. Opening 5 at a time is what I would do if I took them.

I couldn't imagine having 100 slots at once. My list is huge right now, but not THAT huge. XD

Oh god, yeah. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night. It's like being in debt while everyone's hounding down your neck for taking too long. D:

Which is exactly why I'm waiting to finish up my current batch of sketches before doing this thing. D:
