In several days I'm planning on ordering the 15inch i7 MacBook Pro, the one from 2010, with 4gigs of RAM and the 7200RPM hard drive. I've wanted to for a long time, and now I finally have the funds to do so, and I have one question, so I'm wondering if anyone has any experience:
How are the 1680x1050 high-res displays? I plan on sticking to the glossy screen, but I was just curious how the extra pixels affect the experience. Obviously everyone would be smaller on screen, but does it make it any harder to view text?
It's a rather complicated decision because I need the display for both Photoshop and writing. Any input would be useful.
