Orthostatic Hypotension!!!

Yeah... I get that sometimes. You know when you stand up too quickly and you get a little dizzy, that is mild Orthostatic Hyoptension. It's a sudden loss of blood pressure.
However in my case it can be very bad.
A piece from the wikipedia page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orthos.....s_and_symptoms)
I will underline my symptoms
"Symptoms, which generally occur after sudden standing or stretching (after standing), include dizziness, euphoria, bodily dissociation, distortions in hearing, lightheadedness, nausea, headache, blurred or dimmed vision (possibly to the point of momentary blindness), generalized (or extremity) numbness/tingling and fainting, coat hanger pain (pain centered in the neck and shoulders), and in rare, extreme cases, vasovagal syncope. They are consequences of insufficient blood pressure and cerebral perfusion (blood supply). Occasionally, there may be a feeling of warmth in the head and shoulders for a few seconds after the dizziness subsides."
so yeah, I was getting up to find something to eat today and everything gets a bit fuzzy and dark, I also get a little dizzy. I'm used to that. I did what I always do, I braced myself against something (in this case, we have an entrance to the kitchen that has an over hanging section of the wall, for lack of better name for it.) I held on to it and I lost all sight, hearing, and feeling. I started seeing things, like people coming at me, I knew I had to hold on. I felt like I was being pulled and then my feeling was starting to come back. I felt my hands moving back and forth on the overhanging wall. I felt my knees trying to collapse under me, and then the people disappeared, and my sight and hearing returned to me, shortly followed by my strength. then I had a really strange taste in my mouth, (I've tasted it before with these episodes, and once when I was at a doctors, when i had to get a CAT scan.) a moment later the dizziness went away followed by the taste in my mouth dissipating. and then my neck and shoulders started to hurt. that only lasted a few seconds and then I went on and got myself something to eat. the whole thing seemed like it took about 15 minutes, although it was probably a minute at tops. I told a doctor about then a few years back, and she told me that I needed to eat more meat, because my blood sugar was too low, however that is not the case. I've had my blood tested, and my blood sugar levels are fine, and I'm eating plenty of meats. I am a bit worried about it, but to be honest, it does sort of give me a rush. It's kind of fun sometimes... anyway, that's my day so far.
