Here's an idea, whip out a game like Oblivion, GTA IV, Red Dead Redemption, or Fallout 3. Save your game, and run around on a homicidal rampage, then when you've let off steam, load save and play for real. That always cheers me up... And when it doesn't I lay on my bed thinking about the past and make myself suicidal, so that's not a good idea. Play a game or call up a friend and talk or even hang out or go see a movie.
