What part of a dark road with bright headlights zooming towards you looks like a good time/place to cross? No matter what your directions say.
I swear if I find out this lawsuit goes through and she wins, I'm going to have an aneurysm or something.
This is actually worse than the "I didn't know your coffee would be HOT!" lawsuit.
Hopefully the judge takes a look at this and throws the stupid bimbo out the door.
