Well, i think it's about time i put up a notice like this. Since i haven't worked on the Voretex Website in so long, i think it's time to see if anyone's interested in taking over. While i always meant to get back to maintaining and running it, i no longer really have the time or energy to do so. It's a site that's been around so long, i'd hate to see it dissapear completely. The orcas site seems to have gone down, though the LD5 site is still up and running.
Anyway, there's a lot that could be done to update the site. Make it easier to submit files and such. So, after at least 5 years of not doing anything with Voretex, it's time for someone else to take up the flag and run with it.
If you're interested, reply below, and please, only reply if you actually are interested, as well as have the time and energy to work on a large website.

If you need help I can give it a try...*hugs*
At the minimum you'd need programs that create the thumnail pages for each artist gallery, as well as some sort of webpage design program to alter how the pages look if needed. If you have more knoweldge into coding webpages and such, you could potentially set it up so that people could upload their own content into their directories and such.
A few things you'd need to change, would be going through and removing all the places where i had my e-mail address listed and placing your own up in its stead. Any other changes and such would be basically up to you as the new maintainer of the website.
