In the world of Pokemon (manga, games, anime, etc.) the people eat food like you would expect people to eat. Burgers, stew, sandwiches, etc.

Now here's something to think about. The people in the Pokemon world eat meat. However, there are never any "normal" animals to be found.

HYPOTHESIS: In the Pokemon world, PEOPLE EAT POKEMON! It's not such a faw stretch considering they already use Miltank for milk production. What's to say that isn't a Tauros tri-tip steak or a bunch of Piloswine spare ribs they're eating?

Also makes you think about the eggs they eat. It sounds like such an awful thing when you think that after you get an egg from the DayCare Man, you just crack it open and fry it up like it's nothing.

CONCLUSION: When it comes to being human in the world of Pokemon, it's best not to take any chances and be a vegetarian.
