I hope that someday I'm a good enough artist that I can treat the people who commission me like shit, and they'll just lay back and take it like little bitches. That seems to be the way it's done around here. Apparently treating the exchange of money as a binding contract is for chumps. Live and learn...
In all fairness I've had alot of good experience with artist, but I've had a few who's just took my money and left me hanging for months. Then when they finally got around to doing the work, my character was off. And it was like breaking fingers to get them to correct it.
But yeah, it is frustrating dealing with dicks, because there's really no sound reason I can think of that they should be that way.
