About the first book on #
"In this delightful first novel, the opening salvo of a trilogy, Novik seamlessly blends fantasy into the history of the Napoleonic wars. Here be dragons, beasts that can speak and reason, bred for strength and speed and used for aerial support in battle. Each nation has its own breeds, but none are so jealously guarded as the mysterious dragons of China. Veteran Capt. Will Laurence of the British Navy is therefore taken aback after his crew captures an egg from a French ship and it hatches a Chinese dragon, which Laurence names Temeraire. When Temeraire bonds with the captain, the two leave the navy to sign on with His Majesty's sadly understaffed Aerial Corps, which takes on the French in sprawling, detailed battles that Novik renders with admirable attention to 19th-century military tactics. Though the dragons they encounter are often more fully fleshed-out than the stereotypical human characters, the author's palpable love for her subject and a story rich with international, interpersonal and internal struggles more than compensate."
GO READ IT NAO!
And for those who already follow the series, only a month left till the 6th book! *gets all jumpy and excited*

The excerpt from the book is already fantastic (Bar fight!) and the synopsis is just so teasing! D: The book is one of the most anticipated things of my summer so far. x3 Kinda sad, in a way.
Been asking books stores for it after the 4 came out but sorta forgot about the series
Such a great story and amazing theme
ARG!
On the other hand it leaves room for potential birthday presents...in...4 months... ;; hmm..
Very good series though, I'm just glad that I have the books instead of reading it online. I like reading stuff online but still, reading it in a book is much better <3
I friggin miss talking to you ><
If you lack a Kindle app for your iPad or iPod Touch, these are free from the App Store, and it's easy to set up your device to appear to be a Kindle client to which you may "check out" Kindle book purchases/downloads such as this.
What's way more awesome than getting a PDF for a book vs. this Kindle effort is the fact the Kindle app lets you resize text, reflow it in portrait and landscape orientation, remember your place, highlight, bookmark, share and see marks with other Kindle users, and other nifty things.
Whereas if you had a PDF and wanted to see and view it this nicely on these portable devices otherwise - not a free app available for this purpose, not with this functionality.
