HELP, TRYING TO REMEMBER AN OLD DOS/WINDOWS 95 GAME

You were a little guy on a top-down square area. It was kind of like a puzzle game. you had to navigate to the green EXIT sign. I remember there were hazards, like fire and water and holes, and it was based on moves, you had to get to the exit in a number of moves.
There were enemies too, but they only moved when you did.
does anyone remember this? I remember it played MIDI versions of classical pieces, most notably Fur Elise.
EDIT: I REMEMBER MORE.
It was like bolo adventures BUT WAS NOT. You had to collect HEARTS. The menu was on the left side. Also you could make your own levels.
I FOUND IT!!
