Well, learning is vital in human development, it's better to start at an early age, otherwise you have deficiencies. How would I know this? I suffer from some.

Doesn't matter WHO you vote into power anyway, they're all the same. When will people realise this? They all serve under the "Almighty Dollar", so unless you have enough money to sway them, the only true way to change it is violent revolution.
