Ok, my other idea sort of fell through after a few attempts, but I came up with a new one yesterday! And, as per usual, I'd like a bit of input.
Still going for the fantasy thing, but instead of regular sword-and-sorcery, I'm aiming for the focus to be on interaction between the mortal characters and gods or spirits, a shamanistic thing. My one big tie-up is whether to just go full anthro with the cast, or have the spirits be anthro and everyone else be human. Thoughts, suggestions, cries of derision?

I also had the idea that the shaman characters could shift from human to anthro- what say you?

sounds good but kinda sketchy you know borderline unrealistic like you would have to explain how they got those abilities or powers further in the plot mabye during a flasback or something.
